EL DÍA DE LA PATRIA GALEGA 2010 SE CELEBRA CON UNA MASIVA MANIFESTACIÓN EN COMPOSTELA

Se cumplieron este 25 de julio 46 años de la fundación de la Unión do Povo Galego (UPG) y 90 años de la primera celebración del Día de la Patria Galega

Un año más fueron millares las personas que acudieron al llamamiento del Bloque Nacionalista Galego (frente patriótico del que es miembro fundador la UPG) para celebrar el 25 de julio el Día de la Patria Galega, con una gran manifestación en Santiago de Compostela en la que más de 20.000 personas, bajo el lema Haz valer tu fuerza, reivindicaron los derechos nacionales de Galicia.

This year marks the 46th Anniversary of the foundation of the Galizan People’s Union (UPG) and the 90th anniversary of the first National Day celebrations.

 

Once again, thousands of people responded to the call launched by the Galizan Nationalist Bloc (BNG) (the Patriotic Front co-founded by the UPG) to celebrate Galizan National Day on 25 July. The huge demonstration held in the capital, Santiago de Compostela, was attended by over 20,000 rallying to the cry of Fai valer a túa forza (‘Make your Strength Felt’) and calling for the recognition of Galiza’s rights as a nation.

Los y las comunistas de los CJC y el PCPE llevamos meses reclamando la Huelga General a través de mítines en la calle, actos públicos, en movilizaciones y a través de la propaganda y las mesas en las calles.

Durante todo este tiempo hemos tratado de organizar -en la medida de nuestras posibilidades- la respuesta de la juventud trabajadora ante la crisis capitalista. Dentro de dos meses y medio, la clase obrera tiene su primera convocatoria de Huelga General a escala de todo el Estado Español y todos y cada una de nuestros militantes harán el mayor de los esfuerzos para convertir esa jornada en un avance de la combatividad y la capacidad de organización de los y las trabajadoras.

 We, communists of the CJC and the PCPE, have spent many months demanding a General Strike through rallies in the street, public events, in mobilizations and through the propaganda and tables in the streets. 

 Throughout this time we have tried to organize (within our possibilities) the responses of the working youth against the capitalist crisis. In two and a half months, the working class has had his first call for General Strike in the whole Spanish State and each one of the militants will make the greatest effort to make an advance in fight and organization of that day for the working class.

Los Colectivos de Jóvenes Comunistas, CJC, como organización miembro de la Federación Mundial de la Juventud Democrática, hemos participado históricamente en los Festivales que se han ido organizando por parte de la Federación. En esta ocasión participaremos en el 17 Festival Mundial de la Juventud y los Estudiantes que se llevará a cabo en Sudáfrica en diciembre de este año.

The Collective of Young Communists, CJC, as an organization member of the World Federation of Democratic Youth, has taken part historically of the Festivals that have been organizing by the Federation. In that occasion, we’ll take part of the 17th World Festival of the Youth and the Students that will be carried out in South Africa in that year, December.
That Festival, dedicated to Fidel Castro and to Nelson Mandela, will be carried out in South Africa, country that contained the fight against the apartheid, against the racism and against the imperialism.

IMF Debt Hypocrisy: Sticking It to the Hungarians 
For decades, left critics of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have maintained that the IMF is merely a tool for enforcing the interests of financial elites, especially those in the US. Predictably, this view has been scornfully dismissed by those in power and their media lackeys who posture the institution as the benefactor of needy countries. The persistent history of the IMF’s extortionate funding, linked to austere cuts in social spending, is simply dismissed as pressing fiscal responsibility on countries lacking the spine to address their profligacy. Such are the myths that sustain faith in global capitalism.

Вооружённые Силы России в течении трёх лет собираются перейти на новое обмундирование, навеянное советскими мотивами. Северные соседи, приняв это решение в 2007 году, доверили разработку специалистам домов моды Игоря Чапурина, Валентина Юдашкина, Центральному научно-исследовательскому институту текстильной промышленности, Центральному НИИ кожи и обуви, геральдическому отделу Минобороны и Тыла Вооружённых Сил. С реформой пройдёт тотальная замена портянок на носки. Нелепые фуражки-аэродромы уменьшат, избавившись от безумной величины и высокого подъёма тульи, а также от китель-френчей с непрактичными накладными карманами. Нынешняя малопривлекательная форма, введённая в 1994 году при Павле Грачёве, славой не овеянная, покрыта не великими победами, а позором и унижением. Среди причастных к военным погонам прилично её мог носить только почётный караул, потому то и обратились к героическому прошлому и традициям доблестных воинов Советской Армии, к её базовым элементам униформы, аккумулировав лучшее. Сэкономили на пуговицах, орлах и накладных карманах, но усложнили покрой. До этого то же показали на основах советской милиции и для МВД, самой массовой государственной силовой структуры, хоть поиск и доводка не прекращены.

Los CJC queremos rendir homenaje a los hombres y las mujeres que decidieron, ante el fallido golpe de estado fascista contra la II República en la fatídica jornada del 18 de Julio de 1936, no agachar la cabeza y luchar. Esta lucha no era tanto por la simple defensa de un marco legal burgués republicano, sino por la derrota militar y política definitiva de la oligarquía, los terratenientes y la jerarquía católica, auténticas bases del régimen fascista que comenzó a gestarse durante aquel 18 de julio.
